Job profile
Within ING Corporate Finance transaction origination and execution is usually organised in teams. As an analyst in a deal team you are involved in all different aspects of a transaction, in addition to that you are amongst others responsible for several separate analyses such as valuation, peer group analyses, process coordination and dataroom management. Analyses are mostly concluded by drawing up a presentation in which the essential elements and outcomes of the analyses are presented. The more experience you gain, the broader your responsibility becomes.
We are seeking high potentials from all academic backgrounds who enjoy working with numbers and possess excellent analytical skills. Furthermore, eligible candidates should possess the strong communications and interpersonal skills needed to work closely with clients. Lastly, we highly value a commercial attitude, preference for team work and a motivation to accelerate.
Career perspective
Broadly speaking one can distinguish two career options for an Analyst Corporate Finance: a logical step would be to follow the usual career path within the team; for an Analyst the next step would be to become an Associate.
